Children Services
Sunday Nursery and Children's Church
Nursery - ages 6 weeks to 2 years of age.
While you are welcome to keep your children with you during the service, we offer a dedicated team of trained childcare staff who'll keep them safe and entertained in our nursery for newborns through age 2.
If your kids are a little older, we have a great place for them, too:
During our 10:00am service, we start the kids in the sanctuary with a Children's Message, dedicated just to them. After the short lesson, they'll depart the sanctuary and have their own "children's church". This kid-friendly time of God-centered teaching is led by a rotation of gifted adult volunteers, along with the help of some of our teenage students. This is open for all kids from 3 years old up to 2nd grade.

Children in 3rd grade and up are welcome to grab a binder after the Children's Message. This binder contains games, puzzles and other items that run parallel to the Sunday sermon or to the events of the day.
Mother's Morning Out
The Mother's Morning Out (MMO) Program is an active ministry of First Baptist Church Batesburg. The MMO has served the Batesburg-Leesville community for over2 decades.
We serve families with children 12 months to 4 years old from 8:30am until 12:00 noon, Monday-Friday, in our morning program. Our teachers are trained in CPR/First Aid and receive the required in service training according to the SC DSS Childcare standards. We offer various schedules and can work with most budgets.
FBCB After School Program
FBCB After School Program (ASP) is designed for children registered in K4 up to 5th grade. In-district children are provided transportation to the church from the school district, while others carpool. Snack is provided once the children arrive at the church. The ASP provides a time for children to complete homework, have recess, complete crafts and many other activities.
